1.讓同學掌握公共政策分析經典理論及研究前沿。 Enable students to understand classic theories and research frontiers of public policy analysis 2.透過理論與實際個案之研討,讓同學具備運用公共政策分析之實務能力。 Enable students to gain practical capacity of public policy analysis by using theories and case discussion
