尚未A crisis may create various uncertainty and opportunities. However, many organizations have not dealt with a crisis. In most cases, many businesses and organizations always fly blind as a crisis occurs. Some situations could result in nothing more than a temporary disconcertion, while others could have long-term damage or threaten the organizational existence and development. No matter what kind of crisis an organization faces or how long it lasts, any organization must be ready to respond strategically. This course emphasizes on the crisis management discussion of public agencies and businesses. Using case studies and crisis management skills, the course provides practical advice and guidance to help you understand more about preparing for, preventing, managing, and responding to a crisis.
