本課程的目的是讓學生了解績效評估制度的設計原理與流程,以及如何將績效評估之結果與企業人力資本運用策略及人才發展方向相互結合。本課程中將介紹績效評估制度學術理論與最新研究發展方向,同時也將邀請多位專家共同深入探討目前實務界所採用的方式及所面臨的挑戰,期望讓學生能成為專業人力資源從業人員。
This course aims to help students understand performance appraisal procedures and apply the results to develop organizations' human capital. The instructor will introduce practical and theoretical implications in this course. In addition, several guest speakers will share insights from their experiences and discuss the valuable lessons they have learned to help students become professional HR generalists.

2. 了解如何針對各項職務設計關鍵績效指標
3. 了解如何結合個人、部門、組織等不同層級的績效目標
4. 學習避免績效評估的偏誤
5. 了解績效面談原則
6. 學習如何將績效結果與人才發展策略結合
1. Learn the goal-setting process
2. Design KPIs for different job positions
3. Design performance goals for individuals, teams, and organizations.
4. Avoid bias in performance appraisal.
5. Learn performance interview skills.
6. Explore how to apply the performance results to talent development practices.

授課方式 Teaching methods

         本課程設計融合教師講解、個案討論、團隊活動、課堂互動討論、個人作業與小組報告…等多樣化之教學方式。課程中將採用多篇相關業界實務案例及期刊文章,培養學生分析思考與口語表達技巧,並讓學生學習以團隊合作方式,完成小組報告與指定作業,增進實務與理論之連結性。
A variety of instructional techniques will be used in this class, including but not limited to: lectures, discussion, case studies, and student presentations. In addition, a set of readings will have been assigned for each topic. There will also be a group project in which students apply theory and research to practical organizational problems.
