本課程的內容主要是針對給付模式(給付政策、給付技術、給付目的)進行探討,並由此衍生出工作分析、工作評價、薪資結構、薪資水準、績效評估、績效給付、福利、給付特殊成員等議題 This course is mainly to discuss the payment model (payment policy, payment technology, payment purpose), and derive topics such as job analysis, job evaluation, salary structure, salary level, performance evaluation, performance payment, benefits, payment of special members, etc.
課程目標 Objectives
一方面增進修習者對報償管理的瞭解與掌握,一方面協助修習者思索未來進行研究或碩士論文的可能方向 1. To enhance the learners' understanding and mastery of compensation management 2. To help the learners think about the possible directions for future research or master's thesis
