課程大綱 Course syllabus

1.界定非營利組織之概念、原則及相關理論。
2.分析各類非營利組織(包括人民團體、基金會、社會企業等)及相關政策。
3.討論非營利組織的各種管理知能(包括行政管理、人力資源管理、行銷管理、財務管理等)。
4.研析非營利組織在實際運作上的現況。
1. Define the concepts, principles, and related theories of nonprofit organizations.
2. Analyze nonprofit organizations (including social groups, foundations, social enterprises, etc.) and related policies.
3. Discuss management issues of nonprofit organizations (including administrative management, human resource management, marketing management, financial management, etc.).
4. Explore the actual operation of nonprofit organizations.







課程目標 Objectives

         1.透過每週不同的非營利組織主題及相關研究的探討,去剖析NPO發展內容並啟發相關具體實踐思維;
2.從跨國模式之思維加以比較,擴展對NPO研究的多元想像。
3.透過專題探討NPO的運作模式與實務課題,思考行動策略。
4.納入社會企業討論範疇,從社會創新與社會效益觀點探究NPO的永續性。
1.Analyze NPO development content and inspire relevant practical thinking through different non-profit organization themes and related research.
2. Compare the operation of multinational NPOs and expand the imagination of NPO research.
3. Explore the NPO's operations and practical issues through a special topic and think about action strategies.
4. Increase the scope of discussion of social enterprises, and explore the sustainability of NPO from the perspective of social innovation and social benefits.
