課程大綱 Course syllabus

從公司法著手，幫助學生進入法律之門，讓學生了解法律文字的邏輯性，進而訓練學生在面對人與人之間的各種糾紛時，能從錯綜複雜的關係中以邏輯思考理出頭緒，因而得以解決問題。
Starting with the company law, helping students to enter the legal door, let students understand the logic of legal texts, and then train students to logically think out the clues from the complicated relationship when confronting various disputes between people. Thus the problem is solved.
