|
本課程在統計學(一)的基礎上,探討變異數分析、簡單回歸、多重回歸、迴歸模型建立、時間序列、無母數分析、統計品質管控等課題。本學期統計課內容是統計應用的核心,例如變異數分析和迴歸分析和統計品質管控等,這些都是管理領域非常重要的數量工具。所以,學過這門課之後,同學們將有三個主要成效:(1)學會統計學的核心內容(2)使用統計學工具分析管理問題(3)建立統計學在管理領域上的視野。這三個作用將在同學們未來的學術深造或職涯發展上有很大助益,因為統計學是管理者不可缺少的數量工具。 This course, a second half of the one-year-long journey of statistics, aims to explore subjects including ANOVA, Simple Regression, Multiple Regression, Regression Model Building, Time Series, Non-Parametric Analysis, Statistical Quality Control, and so on. These subjects constitute the core statistical applications used as important quantitative tools in management problems. They will also form the basis of big data analysis in business in seeking the opportunities and trends in the future. As a result of taking this course, students will have a comprehensive grasp of statistical tools, which will enhance their analytical skills in dealing with business problems particularly to encounter in the era of big data and AI. In a nutshell, this course represents an influential step toward students’ prospective academic pursuit or real-world career development, since statistics is what one cannot afford not to have in the face of managerial problem solving.

一、學習統計學的核心課題 二、建立統計學在管理問題分析上的初階能力和應用視野 三、學習使用統計軟體MINITAB或Excel 1. To learn the core concepts, theories, and methods of introductory business statistics 2. To build encompassing view and foundational capabilities of the statistical analysis in business management problems 3. To learn how to use statistical computer software such as SPSS and Excel.
