課程目標 Objectives |
|
The rise of ever-changing technology brings huge benefits for businesses, consumers, entrepreneurs, and most common people who have a message they want to share with the world. But it also creates an entirely new set of problems and ethical dilemmas than ever before. This course seeks to guide students to build a community of students interested in the intersections between law and technology, and between decision-makings and ethical dilemmas related under the industrial policy. 本課程目標在於提供近5年來科技創新所帶來的產業環境變化,與相關管理人才如何因應趨勢而進行轉型。日新月異的科技興起,讓企業、消費者、創業者,甚至於想要世界分享訊息的普通人們,受惠許多龐大的便利。與此同時,也帶來前所未有的新爭議和倫理困境。本課程試圖提供有興趣的同學們,可以理解科技與法律之間、相關決策與倫理困境之間等跨領域的互動。
