本課程之目的在使學生了解企業中之生產作業管理所可能碰到的問題,並提出解決之道。本課程所涵蓋的產業包括製造業與服務業。課程主要內容在討論企業在生產、營運作業的各種活動,包括產品開發、生產製造、庫存運送、管理制度、品質管理、規劃等等,使得學生了解經營或管理生產作業、企業運作等所需之技術與知識。 Business or industries of different types involves tons of operations such as: product development, manufacturing, inventory, management, quality management, scheduling, transportation, space layout, location decisions, etc. Problems may come from any aspect of operation and the result usually devastating. This course is to provide thorough knowledge for problem-solving when facing various activities in business, both for service and manufacturing.

Internship: The required or elective courses should include credits and learning hours. Students should participate in the corporative company or institution to practice and learn the real skills.
