授課重點為作業管理的相關概念、實務案例討論,相關議題包括產品開發、作業流程分析、品質管理、供應鏈設計、採購。學生將分組參與中小企業流程改善活動。

Class sessions involve explaining concepts, working examples, and discussing cases. A wide range of topics are covered, including: process analysis, quality management, supply chain design, procurement, and product development. Toward the end of the course, students work in teams to improve an operation process.




課程目標 Objectives

         課程設計在於教導學生如何設計、規劃、控制及改善企業的作業流程相關議題。
This course introduces students to problems and analysis related to the design, planning, control, and improvement of manufacturing and service operations.
