課程目標 Objectives

         本課程的內容將包括用人模式與策略、人力資源規劃、工作分析、招募、測量、甄選、雇用、留任、用人系統、及雇用法令等議題,讓修習同學進行研讀與探討,一方面增進修習者對任用的瞭解與掌握,一方面協助修習者思索未來進行研究或碩士論文的可能方向。
To know the functions and operations of staffing in business organizations

授課方式 Teaching methods

         1. 教材由老師講授。
2. 分組報告;學生分成六組,各自針對一本讀物與法令撰寫心得並上台報告。
3. 主題報告:根據用人的12項主題(用人策略、人力資源規劃、工作分析、外部招募、內部招募、測量、外部甄選、內部甄選、決策、適配、用人系統、留任),學生預先提出自己所遇到的問題。每組各自負責彙整分類 2項主題的所有問題,並提出可能的解決方案,以撰寫成該主題報告。
