課程大綱 Course syllabus

本課程的內容包括:為何要研究華人企業、華人研究之基本概念、台資企業、中資企業、港資企業、組織行為、創業行為、企業網絡、企業繼承。
The content of this course includes: Why study Chinese enterprises, the basic concepts in Chinese studies, organizational behavior in Chinese enterprises, entrepreneurial behavior of Chinese entrepreneur, corporate networks of Chinese enterprises, and corporate succession in Chinese enterprises, Taiwan-funded enterprises, China-funded enterprises, Hong Kong-funded enterprises.




課程目標 Objectives

         根據目前的研究成果顯示,華人企業的組織的確與現有一般西方企業的組織有相當的歧異,因此若能熟悉華人企業組織的運作方式,對於一般生而言未來進入華人企業,必將有所助益;對於在職組而言,也有機會重新檢視自己原本對華人企業所抱持的觀點。另一方面,由於此一研究議題具有相當的潛力,也可協助修習者思索未來進行研究或碩士論文可能的方向。
Since the operation of Chinese enterprises is quite different from the operation of Western enterprises. This course will help students to familiar with the operation principal of Chinese enterprises, and will certainly help them to work in Chinese enterprises in the future. It is also an opportunity to re-examine the views that students originally held on Chinese companies. On the other hand, because this research topic has considerable potential, it can also help students to think about the possible direction of future research or master thesis.
