課程目標 Objectives

在對於眾多的經濟法令措施做體系的說明，檢討及批判其目的性與適法性，俾期能符合法律公平正義的基本要求。
To illustrate numerous systems of economic laws and regulations, so the purpose and legality of the law are re-evaluated and criticized, and the basic requirements of fairness and justice of the law can be met.
