課程目標 Objectives |
|
1.帶領同學瞭解公民參與的理念、發展與國內外作法經驗。 2.培力同學判斷公民參與的機制、設計與執行品質。 3.裝備同學對公民參與及審議民主的操作與主持知能。 4.協助同學參與一項公民共識會議之實際操作。 Introduce the concept, evolvement and approaches of public participation. Empower the students to be able to assess the quality of public participation practices. Equip the students with the capacity of designing and hosting deliberative public discussions. Equip the students to engage in and assist a real-world community consensus meeting.

概念講授、分組討論、外師演講、同學導讀、課堂演練、校外實務演練。 Lectures, group discussion, workshops, in-class practice, off-campus visit and practice. = 本學期的校外實務演練,將與高雄市湖內區公所合作,進行太爺河濱運動園區開闢計畫之社區共識會議及參與式規劃,因此將在期初由外師協助培力同學們對於審議討論的主持與紀錄技巧,並實際參與參與式工作坊之主持與紀錄。
