非同步遠距【課堂錄影或錄製數位教材放置網路供學生可非同時進行線上學習，得採EverCam、PPT簡報錄影、錄音方式進行】

課程大綱 Course syllabus

This course is a seminar for students in fields related to organizational behavior, and human resource management. The course introduces participants to substantive issues relevant to organizational behavior (especially identity and identification). The course places an emphasis on the theory and research on organizational behavior to develop papers rather than taking a managerial/practice focus.

課程目標 Objectives

1. Learn what is the basic formulation of the theory (constructs and relationships among them), and what drives the theory?
2. Develop the research framework and write the essay.

授課方式 Teaching methods

1. Active participation in class discussions is expected.
2. Students are expected to come to class prepared to discuss the assigned readings.

評分方式﹝評分標準及比例﹞Evaluation (Criteria and ratio)等第制單科成績對照表 letter grading reference
