The objectives of this course including: 1.Understand the importance of organization values and culture and their connections to the HRM 2.Understand the detailed knowledge of a range of HRM topics 3.Understand the global company's international HRM and how to localize the policies and practices to meet the local concerns and requirements 4. Understand the future trends and developments of HRM
