課程目標 Objectives |

增強學生以下三力: 1. 建立個人品牌與增強自我行銷力。 2. 發展個人感興趣領域中的勝任力。 3. 完善從策略面與專業面的就職力。 Students will learn how to 1. establish and strengthen the functional component of personal career brand. 2. conduct a competency-based job analysis and development in the area of interest 3. think strategically and professionally about individual employability

授課方式 Teaching methods |

1. 授課時間為每周四第8-9節,9周完成本課程。 2. 講授、學生職場實務練習、業界專家分享 1. Lecture, student participate in discussions, oral/writing presentations, and industries experts speech. 2. Two hours per class for 9 weeks in total.
