非同步遠距【課堂錄影或錄製數位教材放置網路供學生可非同時進行線上學習，得採EverCam、PPT簡報錄影、錄音方式進行】
實作類課程，經評估無法採遠距課程教學，後續復課後密集補課

一、勞工問題之範圍與重要性 The scope and importance of labor issues
二、勞工法之範圍及我國勞工立法體系 The scope of labor law and Taiwan's labor legislation system
三、勞工問題與勞工法之關聯性 The Relation of Labor issues and labor law
四、當前勞工問題與勞工法待解決與修正之處Current labor issues and labor laws to be resolved and amended

課程目標 Objectives

探討當前勞工問題及法令及其解決之道並擬訂勞工政策之目標
Explore current labor issues and laws and their solutions and develop labor policy objectives
