課程大綱 Course syllabus

本課程探討組織行為的三個面向：組織裡的個體；組織裡的團體；組織系統。「組織裡的個體」--涉及個體行為的基礎、人格與情緒、激勵的基本概念、激勵概念的應用、以及個體決策等課題；「組織裡的團體」--涉及了團體行為的基礎、瞭解工作團隊、溝通、權力與政治、以及衝突與談判等課題；「組織系統」--涉及組織結構之基礎、組織文化、以及組織變革與發展等課題。藉由三個面向的理解，結合時事議題做統整性的深層理解。
This course focuses on three aspects of organizational behavior: individuals in organizations; groups in organizations; and organizational systems."Individuals in the organization"-topics related to the basis of individual behavior, personality and emotions, the concept and application of motivation, and individual decision-making;"Groups in the organization"-topics related to the foundations of group behavior, work teams, communication, conflict and negotiation;"Systems in the Organization"-involving topics such as the foundation of organizational structure, organizational culture, and organizational change and development.This course will also integrate current issues to provide students with an integrated understanding.
