認識媒體在公共事務上所扮演的角色,及對公共事務的影響;同時,從事公共事務者應如何看待與因應媒體所帶來的衝擊。
Recognize the role of media and its influences on public affairs; at the same time, learning how the staff involved in public affairs should view and respond to the impacts brought by the media.

課程目標 Objectives

         從媒體性質、發展與生態出發,透過實際案例,說明從事公共事務者,該如何與媒體應對,如何培養專業的媒體公關能力,達到事半功倍的公關成果,以及危機處理等作為。
以政治學、新聞學及社會學等理論出發,探討媒體與公共事務之間的互動,以及衍生的議題,讓學生對其有更深刻的認識。
Combined with actual cases and angles of the nature, development and ecology of the media, this course aims at explaining to people engaged in public affairs to understand how to respond to the media, how to cultivate professional media public relations and crisis management capabilities, in order to achieve effective public relations results.
Based on theories of political science, journalism, and sociology, this course is designed to explore the interaction between media and public affairs, as well as the issues that are derived, so that students have a deeper understanding of it.
