課程大綱 Course syllabus

1.本課程旨在介紹公共事務與公司治理企業社會責任之本質與實踐。
2.從工業革命到網路社會的崛起,公司治理勞資關係制度之演進。
3.融合理論與實務,上課方式將以講授、個案分析演練、影像分享討論。
4.透過檢視台灣社會問題、經濟發展模式、政治經濟鑲崁、制度法律之建制,思索人本的社會的想像建構。
1. This course is from the capitalist society in the process of industrial technology change, the nature and practice of altruistic public affairs and self-interested corporate governance.
2. From the industrial revolution to the rise of the Internet society, the legal evolution and value consideration of corporate governance labor relations system.
3. Integrating theory and practice, the class will be discussed by lectures, case sharing exercises, and web imaging applications.
4. Think about the social imagination of Taiwan by examining Taiwan's social problems, economic development model, political and economic inlays, and institutional laws.







課程目標 Objectives

         1.啟發學生在資本主義市場經濟利己思維下,思考AI網路社會發展如何利他共享。
2.培養學生進入職場之公共事務人本利他素養。
3.了解企業經營之趨勢與實務運作。
4.啟發學生公司治理應用,企業社會責任與勞資關係制度演進脈絡。
5.對實際案例分析應用,展現獨立思考的價值觀與能力。
1. Inspire students to think about how the social development of AI network can benefit him in the capitalist market economy.
2. Cultivate students to enter the workplace of public affairs people with altruism.
3. Understand the trends and practical operations of business operations.
4. Inspire students to apply corporate governance, corporate social responsibility and labor relations system evolution.
5. Application of actual case analysis to demonstrate the values and abilities of independent thinking

授課方式 Teaching methods

         講授、影像分享、個案演練討論。
教師評量之重點:勇於參與表達自己的觀點,應用網路工具課程內容的能力,報告心得對實務之個人見解。
Teacher lectures, image sharing, and case exercises.
Remarks: The focus of the teacher assessment: the courage to participate in the expression of their own views, the ability to apply the content of the network tools course, report the personal insights of the experience.
