部份參照哈佛大學法學院暨商學院談判課程內容(Negotiation Program jointly managed by Harvard Business, Law, and Government Schools)設計,分三部分 1.衝突管理基本概念:衝突管理概述、談判理論與策略、Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)內容介紹與應用 2.衝突管理影響因素:個人認知、權力與決策迷思、組織動態影響、社會結構議題 3.衝突管理倫理架構:倫理學、建構個人(談判)倫理框架 Partly according to the design of Negotiation Program jointly managed by Havard Business, Law, and government School, this course is divided into three main parts: (1) basic concepts of conflict management: introduction of conflict management, negotiation theories and strategies, Alternative Dispute Resolution(ADR) and its application; (2) factors that influence conflict management: individual cognition, myth of power and decision-making, organizational dynamics, and issues of social structure ; and (3) the ethic framework of conflict management: construct individual`s negotiation framework of ethics.
課程目標 Objectives
幫助同學了解衝突管理概念、熟練談判技能、體會個人、組織與社會因素如何影響衝突管理、發展個人倫理框架 This course contribute students to: (1) have a better understanding about concepts of conflict management, practice and skill of negotiation; (2) realize how individual, organizational and societal factors influence conflict management; and (3) development personal ethic framework.
