課程目標 Objectives |
|
Upon completion of this course students will be able to: 1. Identify and recognize the main components of cultural variability 2. Understand how individual behavior partly reflects culture-specific socialization 3. Discuss the relationship between culture-specific values and economic performance 4. Reflect on how one’s own culture influences decisions, behaviors, and work practices 5. Better adapt to a multicultural or culturally challenging workplace 6. Manage groups and organizations in a way that promotes cross-cultural synergies
