課程目標 Objectives

         透過個案與討論,使學生瞭解人力資源管理在企業中發揮的重要功能,以及其他組織管理的相關議題。
Students will be able to acknowledge the important functions of Human Resources Management in an organization, and the organizational management issues related through case study and discussion.





授課方式 Teaching methods

         教師講授課程內容、學生個案研討與報告。
Teaching will be in the form of lecture, case study and presentation.
