課程大綱 Course syllabus

The main goals of this course are to help the students develop their research proposal regarding employee attitudes and behaviors.
本課程希望能協助同學瞭解員工工作態度與行為領域的研究主題、內涵及理論,藉由課程中的研討與教師的講授,讓修課的同學能據以發展自己的論文研究主題。




課程目標 Objectives

         The teaching purposes include: (1) understanding important research topics in employees attitudes and behaviors; (2) knowing the strength and weakness of each assigned paper via deep discussions; (3) developing a research proposal with high potential and contributions.
協助同學對員工工作態度與行為領域的重要主題有初步認識,亦能瞭解此領域研究論文應如何撰寫,並發展出可執行、具有貢獻的研究計畫。




授課方式 Teaching methods

         The teaching methods include: (1) interactive discussions on assigned papers; (2) instructors' lecture on the main ideas and research main streams in each topic.
課程的教授與進行是以討論學術期刊為主 (英文期刊為主)、教師講授為輔,也同時教導組織行為與人力資源管理相關的研究方法與論文寫作技巧。
