我們在任何地方都聽到「創新」一詞,並且相信它的重要性。一般而言,創新意味著突然提供想法,從而帶來重大發現和成就。但是,還有更多的東西。在以知識為基礎,以創新為導向的商業環境中,如果組織要獲得可持續的競爭優勢,創新就是必不可少的能力。創新管理可以讓企業從競爭對手中脫穎而出,競爭對手關注制定和實施創新策略的活動。此外,所有創新都以創意為源頭,在整個創新過程中也需要創造力,任何工作和組織的任何級別的員工都可以通過創造性的想法為創新做出貢獻。成功的創新是創意和可持續盈利的商業模式的結合。通過本課程,您將學習創意和創新的概念、理論及其策略制定與執行。
We hear the term "innovation" everywhere and believe in its importance. In general, innovation means unexpectedly providing ideas that lead to major discoveries and achievements. However, there are more things. In a knowledge-based, innovation-oriented business environment, innovation is an indispensable capability if an organization wants to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage. Innovative management allows companies to stand out from their competitors, and competitors focus on activities that develop and implement innovative strategies. In addition, all innovations are based on creativity, and creativity is needed throughout the innovation process. Anyone at any level of work and organization can contribute to innovation through creative ideas. Successful innovation is a combination of creative and sustainable profitable business models. Through this course, students will learn the concepts and theories of creativity and innovation and their strategy development and implementation.

2.讓學生理解創新與創意管理的理論背景與知識架構。Let students understand the theoretical background and knowledge structure of creativity and innovation management
