課程目標 Objectives

         本課程的目的是增強學生對創業過程的理解,並提高人們對人力資源管理在新創企業中的作用的認識,“人”的面向被認為是新創公司成功或失敗的最重要因素。
The aim of this master’s level course is to enhance students’ understanding of the entrepreneurial process and develop a greater awareness of the role of human resource management in startups. The “people” aspect is recognized as the most important factor for the success of fast-growing companies.
