The Consulting Methods and Practice is a very important part of the overall GHRM MBA program. This course provides students with a challenging opportunity to work with real businesses on real projects.
This course provides opportunities for you to understand the real business practices and management under today's business context and try to provide your ideas or advice to help the business professional to improve their business management. This course will focus on providing practical advice to the industries. In the meantime, you will have opportunities to practice your consulting skills and gain real practical knowledge and experience in today's business management







課程目標 Objectives

         This course will provide students opportunities to work with industrial professionals to either solve managment problems or develop management skills. It is a win-win approach for academy and industry. Students can also practice their consulting skills and gain experience from the process for their future management development.






授課方式 Teaching methods

         Each group will discuss with the course instructor base on needs. The instructor and assistants will assist and offer advice regarding the consulting methods and approaches. Participating clients will also assign a contact to communicate with the group. The instructor will be there in an advisory capacity only. The group will be expected to make plans and develop their ideas - instructor will give comments and advice as/when the instructor consider it is needed
