1.由於上課時間短暫，僅有一學期，所以課程將以公司法教學為主，票據法、商標法、民法為輔。 Procedure of test in class: Company Act, Negotiable Instruments Act, Maritime Act, And Insurance Act.
2.修課同學們應行注意事項如下：
(1)上課中，請同學們務必保持安靜，不要把教室當成戲院；
(2)希望前來修課的學生們，是因為想因此而學到生活上之法律常識，而不要抱著來混學分的心態；
(3)周老師尊重同學們，諸位都已經是大學生、也願同學們上課自律，不要讓老師回到當年在監獄工作時的管理情緒；
(4)期末報告缺交，必然不及格，切記！！ Please keep quiet during class, and the Instructor hopes that the students who are taking the course needing to learn legal common sense in life, instead of just getting the credits.







課程目標 Objectives
　　　　　　　　 商事法是現代人生活上之法律常識，更是我國國家公務員公職考試之必考科目之一。本次課程中，將使學習者認識本科法律用語、實際運用上之法律常識，使同學作到法律不求人，進而保障每位同學法律上的權利。Commercial Acts is so important in modern life today, and the goal of this class is let students realize these power of law. there are Company Act, Negotiable Instruments Act, Maritime Act, And Insurance Act in this class.









授課方式 Teaching methods

2.上課中，本人非常注重學生之意見表達與陳述，此將成為學生平時成績考核。 Question and discussion teaching.
3.法務部矯正機關之監獄參訪(校外教學)。 Off-campus teaching activities.
