課程大綱 Course syllabus

課程大綱包括: 管理理論與概念、企業環境分析、管理功能:規劃、組織、領導與控制、 整合性管理議題:國際管理與創業精神。
General Management principles are discussed in details: Management theories and concepts, Business environment analysis, Functions of management: Planning, Organizing, Leadership, and control, Integrated management issues: International management and entrepreneurship.


課程目標 Objectives

         本課程使學習者瞭解當代企業經營管理的本質與整體的概念。同時, 藉由精選案例之探討,提供學習者組織管理的實務作法。如此, 將使學習者得將管理理論與概念運用於企業經營實境中。
This course introduce the essence of contemporary and integrated management to students. Students will gain practical management experiences by use of cases.
