Today's environment is extremely uncertain in many aspects, including fast ICT technology development, new products and service development, unpredictable market demands, innovative business models, so that many industries have been affected. How to maintain the innovative ability to survive and strive under uncertainty has become a critical issue for most companies. In particular, the technology-related industries has considered a highly competitive and innovative industry. These technology companies have developed an innovative approach. This course provide opportunities to understand these approaches and their impact on the businesses. Specifically, we are planning to visit companies in technology-related industries to understand how they design, manufacture and market new products. Coupled with discussions and reports by student groups in the classroom, students will have a better understanding of innovative theories and their applications in technology-related industries.
課程目標 Objectives
Through the arrangement of activities in the classroom, you should be able to 1 Understanding the status and development of technology-related industries. 2 Understanding how technology-related industries operate. 3 Understand innovation models and knowledge management models in technology-related industries. 4 Understand the skills and capabilities needed by technology-related managers. 5. Verify the applicability of innovation theory to technology-related industries.
