這門課程將有系統的介紹當前重要的科技創新與應用、科技產業與社會衝擊的議題,將重點探討人工智慧科技發展趨勢與應用,由於並無先修要求,也無需要具備專業基礎學科之要求,因此適合大一、大二、大三、大四同學選修。課程由兩位老師教授,課綱內容分為兩大部分: 第一部分課程著重於介紹科技管理的基本概念,並探討科技管理的重點議題: 科技創新的環境、科技創新政策、科技創新的過程管理、新產品開發、破壞性創新、以及創新與創業。旨在提供修課同學做為現代知識分子與企管人必須具備的科技創新知識,課程除進行實務個案分析,也將針對台灣當前主要的科技議題以及青年學子關心的創新與創業議題進行討論。 第二部分課程著重於新興科技(人工智慧)的商業創新應用,聚焦於「人機協作管理」之科技創新商業模式。旨在培養學生對新興科技(人工智慧)之產業、組織與新創事業的管理知識及能力,進而提升對於未來科技趨勢發展的瞭解及實務應用知識。 1. 新興科技(人工智慧)的商業基本知識:人工智慧產業、技術、新創事業之發展現況與趨勢。 2. 新興科技(人工智慧)的商業應用知識:人工智慧相關創新之產品服務應用案例討論。 3. 新興科技(人工智慧)的未來想像與提案演練:為提升前述能力,將透過課堂練習與分組討論形式,以「教育產業」為場域及對象進行未來科技創新應用提案報告。 This course draws from the key concepts of current important scientific and technological innovation and application, technological industry and social impact. As there are no prerequisites and no basic professional requirements, it is suitable for freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors. The course is taught by two Professors. The syllabus is divided into two parts: The first part of the course will introduce the fundamental concepts of technology management. Furthermore, this course will discuss the environment for technological innovation, technological innovation policy, technological innovation process management, new product development, disruptive innovation, and innovation and entrepreneurship. Course objectives are accomplished through exposure to cases from the current major scientific and technological issues in Taiwan and the topics of innovation and entrepreneurship. The second part of the course will introduce the business innovation applications of emerging technologies (artificial intelligence; AI), and will focuses on the technology innovation business model of "Human-Robot Collaboration (HRC)". The aim is to cultivate students' management knowledge and enhance their understanding of future technology trends and their practical application knowledge. 1. Business basic knowledge of artificial intelligence: the development status and trends of AI industry, technology and new venture. 2. Business application of artificial intelligence: the case study of AI industry. 3. Future imagination and proposal exercise: group discussions with the "education industry" to foster an integrative mindset.
課程目標 Objectives
學習本課程將培養學生因應未來環境變遷與科技創新挑戰,在職涯發展需要具備的科技管理基本知識與應用能力,並協助同學在行動互聯網、物聯網、雲應用、人工智慧、大數據分析科技的發展趨勢中,尋求創新與創業的新商機。 此課程將特別著重於新興科技(人工智慧)的商業創新應用,聚焦於「人機協作管理」之科技創新商業模式。培養學生對新興科技(人工智慧)之產業、組織與新創事業的管理知識及能力,進而提升對於未來科技趨勢發展的瞭解及實務應用知識。 1. To train students to meet the challenges of future environmental changes and technological innovation 2. To assist participants develop an application capabilities of technology management. 3. To seek new business opportunities of innovation and entrepreneurship from IoT, cloud applications, AI, and big data analysis technology. 4. To focus on the technology innovation business model of "Human-Robot Collaboration (HRC)" 5. To strengthen participants’ understanding of the AI industry, organizations and new ventures. 6. To enhance understanding of future technology trends and AI practical application.
