課程目標 Objectives |
|
1. 同學能瞭解社會科學的學術要求與研究倫理。 2. 同學能熟悉質化研究常用的資料蒐集方法與分析步驟。 3. 同學能具備獨立執行質化研究與學術寫作的能力。 4. 同學能具備評析他人質化研究成果的功力。 Students will learn the basic ethics and principles of conducting academic research. Students will learn the characteristics of qualitative research and the criteria for assessing the quality of qualitative research work. Students will learn and practice each and every step of qualitative research.

本課程將依照質化研究的常見步驟,從研究問題的形成、相關文獻回顧、研究設計與資料蒐集方法的選擇、研究執行、資料整理與分析到撰寫論文與發表,逐步帶領同學完成一項小型質化研究,因此同學在學期初即需決定本學期研究題目。每堂課的前半段,透過教科書導讀與範例討論,介紹各步驟之基本概念;後半段則由同學以各自題目為例,實際應用練習並分享成果。 The course is organized to learn and practice qualitative research step by step, including research questions formulation, literature review, research design, qualitative data collection methods, data coding, and writing report. The students need to take turns to summarize the textbook, to participate in class discussion or practice, and to finish their own assignments.
