課程目標 Objectives

         (1) 了解數位轉型真義,學習服務科學管理暨工程內涵,熟練管理實務方法,活用於企業創新作為。
(2) 學習如何援引管理理論,如何站在巨人肩膀上使觀點更為精到。
(3) 學習如何撰寫專業管理建議書,如何有效闡述創新理念方法。
(1) Understand digital transformation ,learn Services Science, Skill in managing
practical methods and working on corporate innovation.
(2) Learn how to invoke management theory, how to stand on the shoulders of giants to make the point more incisive
(3) Learn how to write professional management proposals and how to effectively articulate innovative ideas

授課方式 Teaching methods

         (1) 每次上課時,由教師帶領議題,講述課程要點,並於下課前,指定下次上課所需之自修作業。
(2) 課程要點講述完畢後,分別由同學報告所指定自修之心得,並於上課前一日繳交作業至網路大學。
(3) 本課程採互動式教學,亦即同學可依課程內容發問,與老師討論;或由老師提問,指定同學發表看法。
(4) 「做中學」(Learning by Doing) 是本課程教學要旨,從實務中探索問題,從問題中印證理論,從理論中指引解決方向。
(1) Each time the class is taught, the teacher leads the topic, tells the course points, and specifies the self-study assignments required for the next class .
(2) After the lecture points are finished, the students will report the self-study
experience specified by the students, and submit the assignments to the online university one day before the class.
(3) This course adopts interactive teaching, that is, students can ask questions
according to the content of the course and discuss with the teacher; or ask questions from the teacher and designate the students to express their opinions
(4) Learning by Doing is the keynote of this course. It explores problems from
practice, validates theory from problems, and guides the direction from theory.
