課程大綱 Course syllabus

This course will discuss the current status and future development of e-commerce, and the current status of applying information technology to e-commerce. Course topics include macro and micro factors of e-commerce development, important e-commerce business models, smart commerce, application of artificial intelligence and big data techniques to e-commerce, FinTech, consumer behaviors, etc. In addition, this course will discuss theories and models in the fields such as information systems, consumer behavior and organizational behavior, and how to apply those theories to conducting e-commerce research.
本課程將探討電子商務的現況及未來發展,以及資訊科技在電子商務應用之現況,包含電子商務發展的整體環境因素及個體環境因素、重要的電子商務模式、智慧商務、人工智慧與巨量資料在電子商務之應用、金融科技、消費者行為等。本課程另一重點為探討資管、消費者行為、組織行為等領域理論與模型,以及如何應用這些理論從事電子商務的研究。

課程目標 Objectives

         1. Understand the impact and opportunities of rapid development of the Internet technology on business operation, and the induced issues about business operation and management.
2. Understand the information technology that drives the development of e-commerce and related issues.
3. Understand how to apply theories to the study of e-commerce and the challenges of practical operation of e-commerce through case study and practice.
4. Understand theories in the information system, consumer behavior, and organizational behavior fields and how to apply those theories to understand user and consumer behavior in the e-commerce context.
1.瞭解網際網路科技的快速演進為企業經營所帶來的契機及衝擊,以及因而所引發的經營管理議題。
2.瞭解帶動電子商務發展的相關資訊科技發展及重要議題
3.透過個案討論及實務演練,體驗電子商務相關理論之應用及實務操作可能面臨的挑戰。
4.瞭解資管、消費者行為、組織行為等領域理論,及如何應用這些理論探討電子商務中使用者或消費者行為。

授課方式 Teaching methods

         Lecture、Literature Review, Case Study, Personal Presentation, Team Project and Presentation.
講授、文獻討論、個案討論、個人報告、小組專案演練與報告。
