生產與作業管理為企業運作三大管理基石, 隨著管理現代化,企業為因應新世代的全球性競爭,如何促成調整其生產與作業管理之機能,以迎接所將面臨的挑戰,已是不容怠忽之課題。而將生產與作業管理資訊化,為企業刻所冀以達成產業升級之主要作為,對其間所涉及的各單元之理念、架構與應用,須能深入透徹, 已是身為現代管理人所不可或缺的基本能力之一。
The developing of technologies changed the behaviors of business operations and the relationship within business networks. The major concern to improve business competivity is to establish the proper production/operation management systems for the business. In this course, the well-known production/operation management systems, such as enterprise resource planning, supply chain management, customer relationship management, and etc. are introduced and discussed. At the mean time, the major quantitative techniques are also demonstrated to make the students to improve the efficiency of business operations more systematically while implement the business operation models.







課程目標 Objectives

         生產與作業管理之發展沿革, 基本理念, 與應用時機; 如何針對本土企業之現階段及未來, 發展運用最適宜之生管體系
-> 伴隨資訊化潮流,生管人員應如何規劃、設計、及導入所需之生產管理資訊系統。
-> 相關的企業資源規劃、供應鏈管理、與顧客關係管理等系統之特性與運作原則。
The basic theory of production and operation management for different business types are introduced, and the latest managerial concepts and information application are verified for the small-and-medium business. The purpose of this course is to educate the students to be able to develop the production/operation systems appropriately.
