課程目標 Objectives

         (1)解釋為什麼有效溝通在企業環境中很重要。
Why effective communication is important in enterprise
(2)認識到文化差異對有效溝通的影響,並理解為國際任務進行文化適應的步驟。
How culture differentiation will influence communication and the steps to adapt culture
(3)將口頭和非口頭交流的理論和觀察應用於現實世界的交流挑戰。
Apply oral and non-verbal theories and observation in the real world
(4)使用對組織、團隊和領導的角度來解釋,如何以有效的方式解決問題和傳達信息。
Use different aspects to interpret organization, team and leadership and how to solve problems with effective methods
(5)展現有效的公開演講和人際溝通技巧。
Demonstrate skills of public speech and interpersonal communication
(6)成為有溝通能力的領導者。
Become a leader with good communication skills

         課程將包括講授、討論及案例分析等,課堂上應閱讀指定的材料,學生應參與討論。
