課程目標 Objectives |

本課程將透過書籍,將其內容延展至實務案例中,讓學生不只是學習課本上的知識,而是可讓其靈活運用在日常生活裡。 在實際上的案例中,不只是從學說上的腳步來觀察,甚至是以實務上的處抵方式來解析這個問題,將學說與實務作進一步上的結合,讓學生能夠在面對實際上的狀況時,能有更多元的看法來處理。 In this curriculum, we will not only learn from the book but use those basic knowledges to resolve the problem happened in the case. During this, students shall be more familiar with the law and can use them in some particular situation. The first thing for resolve the case is to observe the condition of it. We should combinate the Judicial Practices and theory to analysis the case. As the result of this, students are able to see things in a various way.
