本課程為企業管理研究所碩士班二年級的必修課程,主要從倫理觀點,討論企業組織與組織成員的行為與責任。
This is a compulsory course for 2nd year MBA satudents, and will explore the behaviours of business organizations and their members from an ethical perspective.

課程目標 Objectives

         修習完本課程後,學生應該可以:
1) 從非經濟觀點瞭解企業是什麼,以及其該有的社會責任
2) 從行為倫理學觀點,瞭解個人倫理行為的構成與影響因素
3 )從組織設計與行為觀點,瞭解領導者可如何影響組織成員的價值觀與建立倫理文化
After studying this course, students are expected to
1) Understand what business organisation is and its social responsibility from a non-economic perspective.
2) understand how individual’s ethical attitudes and behaviours are affected from a behavioural ethics’ perspective.
3) understand how leaders can affect subordinate’s value system and establish an ethical culture within an organisation.

授課方式 Teaching methods

         本課程為教育部教學實踐計畫之一部份,課堂資料將會以去除個人識別方式作為教學方法研究之一部份。
本課程採用經驗學習的設計,學生在課前必須先閱讀指定文章與個案,並完成指定作業。
本課程將會要求學生以分組方式,以影片與Google site 方式呈現倫理情境與進行分析,並將成果公佈於網路上。
學生小組活動將以互評方式進行調整,喜歡搭便車者請三思。
本課程不是涼課,想洗學分或爽拿高分者請勿嘗試。
This course is part of the MoE Teaching Practice Research Programme. The class record will be used as research material after removing all individual identification.
This course adopts the design of experiential learning. Students have to read assigned readings and teaching case BEFORE lecture, and complete weekly assignment.
Students will be divided into groups and use video and google site to present a business ethics related scenario and their analysis. The outcome will be published on the Internet.
The outcome of group assignment will be adjusted based on peer-evaluation. Free-riders are not welcome.
This is a demanding course. Please think twice before you sign-on if you just want to get a easy A..
