本課程分為三部份：
1.財務報表的複習與重新詮釋&財務比率分析方法的檢討
2.財務報表分析與權益評價
3.個案實作。

課程目標 Objectives

1.學生能夠了解閱讀財務報表的要領，使學生能有重點地，深入地解讀財務數字，能與企業實際決策問題結合
2.透過個案實作，使學生具體領會各種分析方法的差異，從而作出明智的方法選擇。
3.培養學生自主學習與團隊合作能力
