在這變化多端的時代，經營管理除了需要完整資訊之外，更需要建立多元的視角，才能認識複雜的世界。在這樣的想法下，本課程由管理學教授和哲學教授共同合作，藉由跨領域的對話，引動自身生命經驗的探索與反思。

課程目標 Objectives

本課程的討論主題將以傅柯的「主體」和德勒茲的「游牧與戰爭機器」為核心。傅柯與德勒茲皆是廣為學術界熟悉的哲學大師，他們所提出來的概念，能讓同學對當代整體人文、政經、社會的變遷將有莫大的幫助。藉由哲學概念的理解，能反思當前管理世界的侷限性，以及如何藉由主體認識、游牧與戰爭機器的運用來開創生命的自我成長。
