本課程的目的在於了解管理會計在現在企業營運管理所扮演的角色，其重點包括: 平衡計分卡與策略地圖、成本在決策中的角色、產品成本計算、活動基礎成本制、顧客關係管理、流程管理、生命週期成本。

課程目標 Objectives

從講授內容與實作個案了解如何應用成本管理於企業經營。

授課方式 Teaching methods

講授與分組報告。

評分方式﹝評分標準及比例﹞Evaluation (Criteria and ratio)等第制單科成績對照表 letter grading reference
