這門課程將有系統的介紹當前重要的科技應用與創新管理的議題，適合大三大四同學選修，課程大綱與關鍵議題包括:科技創新與創業、科技創新的環境條件、政府在科技發展的角色與政策研擬、科技管理觀念的演變、技術策略規劃、新產品開發管理、產業生命周期與創新、互聯網科技應用與最新發展趨勢、技術商業化、商業模式設計、科技創新投資、創新與創業等，並且也將針對當前我國科技產業發展策略以及我國企業推動創新管理遭遇之問題進行探討。
