Health care industry is blooming in recent years. With increasing demands on health care and related services, health care industry becomes an important topic for study. It brings critical challenges in effective management. This course aims to assist students to explore essential problems of management in health care industry and propose feasible solutions. Under instructor’s guidances, students will select specific projects and conduct background analysis, data collection, case analysis, and solution evaluations. Students will also present their findings in oral presentations and group reports. This course provides first-hand experience and enhances professional knowledge for students to understand more about the health care industry.

課程目標 Objectives

         After taking the course, students are expected to:
1. Well understand the critical management problems in health care industry;
2. Suggest feasible solutions to the specific management problems in health care industry;
3. Familiar with project analysis and evaluation process in health care industry.
