課程大綱 Course syllabus

本課程分為醫療經濟，醫療政策與醫療管理三部分。上課方式為講授與課堂討論並重。
(1) 醫療經濟相關內容: 首先介紹經濟學基本觀念。再來就醫療消費行為與醫療服務提供者行為進行討論。
(2) 醫療政策相關內容: 介紹醫療保險之各種支付制度及其優劣與相關理論。並加入中國醫改專題，對兩岸醫改政策進行剖析。
(3) 醫療管理相關內容: 從醫療管理實踐為出發點，引入評估醫院管理水準之科學化方法，帶同學進行醫院管理期末專題。
此外，課程內容將結合時事新聞與影片，邀請同學共同討論重要醫療政策與管理議題。

課程目標 Objectives

This course is for students who are interested in health economics, health policy and health care management. At the end of the course, students should be able to address policy and management issues with global perspectives and critical thinkings.

授課方式 Teaching methods

教師講課、課堂討論與影片內容講解與討論。主要教材為自製講義。

評分方式﹝評分標準及比例﹞Evaluation (Criteria and ratio)等第制單科成績對照表 letter grading reference

2.期中報告：35%
3.期末報告：45%
