社群媒體行銷是甚麼? 就是在臉書開個粉絲頁找親朋好友來按讚嗎?還是開個直播在房間煮泡麵給大家看?到底甚麼才是有效的社群媒體行銷? 本課程將從傳播、行銷、管理、社會與科技等各層面,了解建立在社群基礎上的理論、策略與運用。本課程理論、案例、實作並進,且將邀請業界專家分享經驗,強調集體參與共創的社群精神,一起「玩」出新創意。

課程目標 Objectives

         ‧ Understand the role of social media in influencing consumers.
‧ Explore the key assumptions of social media to engage customers and leverage social capital.
‧ Discuss current market trends and marketing cases.
‧ Apply the concepts to develop social media strategies for real world market.
