課程目標 Objectives |
|
The objective of this Specialization is to help students: 1.develop a mastery of theoretical perspectives and analytical abilities, including industry analysis, organization analysis, competitive strategy and corporate strategy; 2.understand the impacts of global factors for organizations into analyzing and solving problems encountered by managers; and 3.demonstrate acquisition of domain-appropriate skills and strategies, knowledge acquired in their project, skills in cooperating with, and contributing to, teamwork, and openness to the values of others and to the difference in various cultures.

授課方式 Teaching methods |
|
1.Lectures are guided by tutorials and group discussion. 2.Students are required to present on a particular issue or journal article in organization studies (group-based approach). 3.Weekly reflection report will be assigned.
