課程大綱 Course syllabus

主要針對報償的前因後果與新興議題進行探討，包括給付的決定因素、吸引與留才、報償態度、激勵與動機、報償策略與組織績效、工作本質改變對報償設計與執行的影響、報償中的心理契約、報償的風險、高階經理人的報償、報償委員會的運作等，一方面增進修習者對報償管理的瞭解與掌握，一方面協助修習者思索未來進行研究或博士論文的可能方向。

課程目標 Objectives

學生閱讀教材與相關論文，並與老師一起討論

評分方式﹝評分標準及比例﹞Evaluation (Criteria and ratio)等第制單科成績對照表 letter grading reference
