在授課教師的引導與協助下,從論文閱讀中獲得對領導研究各項主題的系統性知識累積,並能夠從既有的文獻中提出有意義且具體可行的研究構想,做為獨立論文研究的預備。

授課方式 Teaching methods

         以論文閱讀、報告及討論為主。學生依照給定之進度於課前閱讀論文,每週論文數量以一至兩篇為原則。授課教師會指定課堂分段討論的主持人,並帶領學生進行討論、協助學生理解論文核心內容。

評分方式﹝評分標準及比例﹞Evaluation (Criteria and ratio)等第制單科成績對照表 letter grading reference
