本課程將討論財務理論與觀念，我們將討論以下課題：financial principles, time value of money, capital budgeting, random variables, returns, risk and portfolio theory, CAPM, APT, Fama-French 3-factor model, market efficiency, behavioral finance, leverage and capital structure, dividend policy, capital raising, derivative pricing, corporate restructure, foreign exchange markets and others.
課程目標 Objectives
本課程目標在於將現代財務理論與觀念予以清楚說明，我們將會討論並區分『有理論基礎的財務分析與觀念』與『似是而非的財務觀點』。我們將討論以下主要topics: corporate finance, investments, financial derivatives, corporate restructuring and others. Both theories and practices are stressed.
